She be- lieves this work is the key to hope and harmony for our future. Mercedes lives in Venice with her daughter and is co-writing her first book on non-violence.

Lake Ashton Health and Fitness Center (HFC) GPS Address 7900 State Road 653
Directions - The HFC is located on the Winter Haven side of Lake Ashton. From the entrance to the main Lake Ashton clubhouse, continue down Thompson Nursery Road (toward Winter Haven) approximately 1.5 miles to State Road 653. Turn left on State Road 653 and drive 1.3 miles to 7900 State Road 653 entrance. Check in at gate. The HFC is straight ahead at 6052 Pebble Beach Boulevard.
